Eric D. Maman, Esq. is an attorney with 25 years of experience practicing law in the area of affordable/low-income housing. He helps his clients – both for-profit and nonprofit – utilize various government subsidy programs to develop housing targeted to low-income, senior, and disabled populations through public-private partnerships. He has also been a pro-bono attorney with the LA Free Clinic (now Saban Clinic).
Mr. Maman has served for many years on the Executive Committee of Temple Beth Am in Los Angeles, performing various roles including overseeing youth programs, facilities, and the Temple’s affiliated senior housing project.
Mr. Maman lives with disabilities stemming from his diagnosis in 2020 with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), a severe neuromuscular disease. He has been a volunteer with ‘I AM ALS’, a nonprofit that advocates for, and provides resources to, persons living with ALS. Mr. Maman is married with three sons and enjoys taking adventurous trips with his family.
