Independent Living Skills (ILS) Program

Do you need help managing your money, reaching a goal, applying for health insurance, SSI or other supports?

The goal of the Independent Living Skills Program (ILS) is to promote, teach and support people with disabilities to living independently in our community. To achieve this objective, the ILS Specialists work together with members to mutually assess their independent living needs and develop a personalized Independent Living Plan with goals and objectives. The ILS staff supports the member’s skill building in activities of daily living, including personal care, money management and transportation. The staff also provide education on available community resources.
