Los Angeles continues to face a shortage of affordable and accessible housing. DCRC’s Housing Specialists assist members in identifying available housing options that meet their accessibility needs and are appropriate for their individual circumstances. Members must have sufficient and stable income to afford the housing they are seeking, as DCRC does not provide rental assistance. Specialists work with community partners to identify available units in and around DCRC’s catchment area.

DCRC’s housing services focus on long term housing search and placement assistance and do not provide rapid rehousing, emergency housing, rent relief, or eviction assistance. Due to the limited availability of affordable and accessible units, housing searches may not always result in successful placement.
